Real Transformation

Living a healthy lifestyle is all about consistency. The Cambridge dictionary defines Transformation as "a complete change in the appearance or character of something or someone, especially so that that thing or person is improved. Transformation is a change and results in an improvement of something or someone." Transformation has different stages and growth patterns. In my journey as published on Black Weight Loss Success. com, l lost-29-pounds-13kg, this journey did not start and end in one day. It began as a process of changing unhealthy habits.

To transform into that healthy Body, to Look and Feel good, here are some key tips to succeed.

1. Get Started: Making plans without actually commencing the necessary steps is a futile exercise.

2. Set Realistic Goals: Setting very high goals can amount to unnecessary pressure and expose you to aborting the whole exercise. Modify as you see progress.

3. Consistency is key: Committing to exercising 3-5 times a week, engaging in intermittent fasting, from 4-5 times, eating by portions, more vegetables, and fewer carbs and protein, all require commitment without which failure lurks.

By embracing healthier eating habits, Intermittent Fasting, and brisk walking, my transformation journey started, and has become a lifestyle. l was motivated to keep going, seeing my inflammation disappearing, clearer skin, and looser clothing. Every day is a gift to do what you can with the grace and drive you've received from God. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Keep stepping around your home, walk the stairs, walk to the grocery store, and commit to a routine or a program. Start with small changes and soon you will see results.

My transformation represents more than just losing weight; it is a desire to make each day better than the previous day. It is building a sustainable lifestyle. A desire to keep improving, and willingness to move regardless.

So, fam, you don’t have to be perfect every day. Just keep committing to your healthy lifestyle. If you miss a day, get right back on the wagon, yesterday is behind you. It's today that counts. Make it count!

Have a wonderful rest of the week and a fantastic end to 2021.
