A new week! What are you thankful for?
Today, this week, thank a friend or family member.
Make your friend or family member's day with a quick call, text, or note letting them know you're thankful for them! Make memories why you still can.

- Call or text to thank a friend and a family member even after you have thanked them in person!
- Reflecting on what you have and your privileges. Sometimes l journal them on my phone!
- Recall a hard time, and how God delivered you.
